Who we are
This site is run by The Blue Marble Group LLC, trading as Commonwealth Door Supply. Questions about this page go to contact@commonwealthdoorsupply.com.
We do not sell your data.
The dealer application
When you apply for an account, we collect what you type into the form: company name; contact name, phone number and email address; your state; approximate doors per month; how you heard about us; and any notes you add. We ask for anything else, such as your address, when we call to set up the account. Applications sent before this update also include street address, city, ZIP code, the states you serve, and a yes or no answer about a resale certificate.
We use it to review your application and contact you about your account.
Submissions are hosted by Netlify Forms, which stores them for us.
How you found us
A small script on this site, written by us, records how you arrived: the UTM tags and Google click ID (gclid) in the link you used, the first page you landed on, and the external site that referred you.
It saves these in your browser's local storage (session storage if local storage is not available), not in a cookie, for up to 90 days. If you submit the dealer application, they are sent along with it, so we can see which link brought the application in. Our script does not send them anywhere else. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies in your browser, and Google processes the data it collects. Read How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
To opt out in your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
