Ordering and delivery
If we have the door, pick it up at Colmar the next day. If we don't, we order it — special orders run 4–6 weeks. Weekly delivery across Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
Step 01
Send the order. Model, size, color, windows, and hardware.
Step 02
In stock or we order it. In stock, pickup the next day. If we don't have it, it goes on our next manufacturer order, usually 4–6 weeks.
Step 03
Delivered or picked up. Weekly delivery, or pickup at the Colmar, PA dock when it arrives.

Lead times
In stock doors and materials: next day for pickup or the next run. Special order: most doors run 4–6 weeks, and you get the range for your door when you order. We only quote dates the manufacturer gives us. If the manufacturer moves a date, you hear it from us first.
Pickup
If it's in stock, pickup the next day at 151 Discovery Drive, Suite 113, Colmar, PA 18915. If we ordered it, pickup when it arrives. Weekly delivery for your area is set when the account is opened. Dock hours are Mon–Fri 7 a.m.–4 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
